Not only is Lance an award-winning speaker, he is also President for the environmental technology company DieselTEK. He has been leading several non-profit organizations over the last 20 years and has travelled extensively all over the world. www.lancemillerspeaks.com

Barbara Hoerger, DTM: Lt. Governor Education and Training, District 59

Barbara Hoerger has been a Toastmaster for 7 years and has been hooked ever since. She is an active member in two of the clubs in here area. She has served in several officer positions, is the former Area D3 and Division D governor. She is a founding member of the District 59 Strategic Advisory Board.

She has conducted the Youth Leadership Program twice and has mentored others in the program. She finds the YLP one of the most rewarding activities at Toastmasters. She is currently serving District 59 as the Lieutenant Governor Education and Training.

She loves Toastmastering and feels she has lots to give by serving in this position. The diversity of this great district is something that fascinates and inspires her. The benefits are worth every minute of time spent on helping other Toastmasters discover their potential.
